• Executive Sous Chef for Popular Italian restaurant
• 20+ years in business
• Very busy, grew by 8% in 2023
• Just in Dec they did 462,000 total F&B for the month 125k of it was offsite catering
• Upscale corporate italian restaurant - maggianos - 
• Oversee training, organization, catering 
• Indoor/outdoor seating and bar lounge 
• 300 total seats
• Looking for someone to relocate there
• 15 - 20 kitchen team

Requirements

• 5+ years kitchen management experience
• Italian cuisine cooking experience preferred
• Excellent references
• High volume upscale restaurant experience
