Executive Chef

  • Lead the kitchen team of asmall Italian restaurant in mid-town NYC.  
  • It’s part of the New York City Restaurant Group which has 8 restaurants in NYC
  • This is their smallest restaurant and the owner wishes to use it also to do R&D for specials, desserts and improvements their other restaurants which are larger
  • The menu is pretty much set, but can use improvements for specials, etc.
  • The owner also owns the buildings the restaurants are housed in, and has space to put in a commissary kitchen to produce fresh pasta.  He is looking for a chef that can also assist him with this.

  • Competitive salary in the 100k+ range highly negotiable on experience


What you need:


  • 8+ years kitchen/culinary
  • Italian cuisine experience
  • 2+ years in Senior Kitchen management in an operation
