What’s Happening:

The brand has embarked on a strategic enhancement of its digital footprint, aligning its robust store network with an invigorated online presence. With new leadership bringing fresh perspectives, this NEW role offers the chance to work alongside an inspriational Head of Marketing to revamp the e-commerce strategy, with the opportunity to even fully redesign and rebuild their entire website.


The Role:

As the E-Commerce Manager, you'll spearhead efforts to boost online store conversions and sales. You’ll oversee the daily operations of our digital channels, ensuring they sync perfectly with ongoing marketing and product strategies. Your role will be crucial in managing our online trading activities and driving optimal website performance. You will also oversee the agency that looks after Performance Marketing.


Key Projects:

You’re at the forefront of a strategic website overhaul aimed at enhancing user experience and functionality. Your leadership will direct the continuous improvement of site content, design, and overall customer interaction.


Support and Culture:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in managing an e-commerce platform, ideally within the fashion retail sector.
  • Proficient with Magento and other relevant e-commerce technologies.
  • Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive decisions and strategies.
  • Exceptional skills in multitasking and prioritising projects, with a customer-centric approach to business.

Compensation:
