HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in Saint Paul, MN!

• Pay: $25-$30/hr
• Shift: Sun-Weds 6am-4pm (4 10’s) OR Weds-Sat 6am-4pm (4 10’s)
• Location: St. Paul, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment functionality and diagnose issues.
• Interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
• Conduct stick welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or certifications in industrial maintenance preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role within a manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial electrician duties is preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with technical sales is a plus, enabling effective communication of technical information.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
