Salary: $90-110K/yr

Shift: 1st Shift M-F

Location: St. Louis, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee projects from launch through completion, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Maintain full Profit & Loss responsibility for assigned projects and customers.

Support sales during the estimating process and provide ongoing pricing guidance for components.

Manage customer expectations during new project start-ups and throughout project lifecycles.

Develop and maintain bills of materials, routings, and detailed project documentation for manufacturing.

Coordinate new project launches with both internal teams and external customers.

Collaborate with Sales, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure accurate quoting, efficient production, and adherence to quality standards.

Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to maximize profitability using internal and external supplier data.

Lead cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively to meet project and company goals.

Ensure all project documentation (blueprints, pricing history, quality requirements) is accurate and up to date.

Drive on-time delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

2–5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or related fields.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, sales, and project management principles.

Ability to read and interpret component drawings and tolerance specifications.

Experience with tubular steel production is a plus.

Proficiency in computer systems, including spreadsheets and data analysis.

CAD experience preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
