Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Dayton, OH

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate precision CNC and manual milling machines with minimal supervision
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and operation sheets including GD&T requirements
• Set up, troubleshoot, and debug milling machines as needed
• Perform in-process inspections and accurately document required measurements
• Follow all quality standards related to machine setup, operation, inspection, and material handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety procedures
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks on equipment as required
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals and quality standards
• Experience operating CNC and manual precision milling machines required

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical or vocational machining training preferred
