HiFyve is hiring for a Refrigeration Service Technician in Springfield, MO.

Salary: $46.7k - $70k (up to $78.8k for Sr. technicians)

Shift: Day shift (25% travel)

Location: Springfield, MO

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable technical support to customers and dealers.
• Document and follow up on service issues, collaborating with various departments.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of DFE and RP products, including electrical, refrigeration, and dairy sanitation.
• Conduct service training seminars and develop training materials.
• Update and maintain service manuals and bulletins.
• Assist with warranty claims and documentation.
• Support sales and service relationships with customers.
• Provide on-site product support as needed.
• Help production teams resolve quality issues.
• Participate in company meetings and contribute to team goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Travel up to 25%, including international trips.
• Regular in-person attendance is required.

Requirements:

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Exceptional work ethic and initiative
• Ability to analyze and react quickly
• Prioritize and multitask effectively
• Valid "Universal" EPA 608 Refrigerant Usage Certificate
• Knowledge of JDE, dairy farm milk cooling, process chillers, and DFE/RP products is a plus
• Technical degree in Electrical and/or Refrigeration (or)
• 3+ years of technical service experience in electrical or refrigeration (or)
• Equivalent combination of education and field experience
