HiFyve is hiring a Process Technician (Injection Molding) in the Manufacturing industry!

Location: Phoenix, AZ 

Shift: Night shift (12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule) 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Pay Range: $22–$28/hr

Hands-on plastics experience to optimize production processes, ensure part quality, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and optimize injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and adjust processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Perform mold changes, machine setups, and assist with maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine performance, document adjustments, and perform routine quality checks.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Train and mentor team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of injection molding or plastics manufacturing experience (must-have).
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, plastic resins, and mold setup/troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a positive safety mindset.
• Flexibility to work scheduled night shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with hot label transfer or 5-gallon bucket production.
• Familiarity with scientific molding principles.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
