HiFyve is hiring CNC Machinists (All Shifts) in the Manufacturing industry

Salary: $26 – $34/hour - offers shift differentials

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday
• Schedule Options: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday) or five 8-hour shifts

Currently running overtime

Locations: Chaska, MN and Shakopee, MN

This role supports precision manufacturing operations by setting up and operating CNC horizontal milling machines to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components. You’ll contribute to critical industries including aerospace, defense, medical, and high technology, ensuring accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Set up and operate CNC Horizontal Milling (Makino/MMC) machines
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain precision
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years of CNC horizontal milling experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and precision work
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to defense contracts)
