HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Lead in the Manufacturing industry in Columbus, OH!

Pay: $36.90/hr + $0.50/hr shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs + mandatory OT)

Location: Columbus, OH

About the Role

This role leads maintenance efforts on 3rd shift while supporting hands-on troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technicians on shift and oversee maintenance activity
• Perform troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Support PLC and robot programming/troubleshooting
• Execute and improve preventative and reactive maintenance programs
• Manage CMMS documentation and maintenance tracking
• Coordinate equipment installs, repairs, and improvement projects
• Communicate issues across shifts and support maintenance planning
• Support inventory, tooling, and shop organization
• Ensure safety compliance and proper procedures are followed

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–5 years of maintenance experience
• Experience leading or directing maintenance teams
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, and CMMS systems
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and leadership skills
