Salary: $55,000–$60,000 base + (salary exempt) overtime eligibility

Shift Differential: $1.00/hour

Bonus: 7% target quarterly bonus

Shift: 2nd Shift

• Monday–Thursday: 4:15 PM–2:45 AM
• Some overtime and occasional Fridays

Location: Anderson, SC

About the Role

This Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. The role works closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to drive performance and continuous improvement across the shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production associates on the assigned shift
• Own daily production KPIs and drive efficiency improvements
• Enforce safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
• Partner with Maintenance and Quality to ensure equipment reliability and product quality
• Review schedules and assign labor to meet production demands
• Train associates on safe machine operation, quality checks, and SOPs
• Approve timekeeping and attendance records
• Perform inspections and support machine setup and minor adjustments
• Maintain production and shift handoff documentation
• Support employee coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions with HR

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on leadership style with strong safety and quality focus
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
