Pay: $20.13-$30.20/hour + up to 12% bonus

Shift: Days | Four-day work week | Overtime as needed

About the Role

We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections and ensure fabricated products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. This role combines hands-on shop floor inspection with quality documentation and customer inspection support.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and complete travelers, data reports, weld records, and related project documentation
• Complete and document product inspections and walk-down forms
• Verify products meet applicable specifications, standards, and quality requirements
• Coordinate documentation and inspection requirements with manufacturing
• Confirm required special testing and documentation are completed
• Work with customer inspection teams during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Verify required quality standards are maintained throughout production
• Apply lessons learned to future inspection and quality efforts
• Maintain accurate inspection and project records
• Support additional quality-related activities as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of weld inspection experience preferred
• Experience with ASME Code Section VIII, Division I or equivalent
• Experience and knowledge of various NDE methods and techniques
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings
• Knowledge of various fabrication methods and installation procedures
• Broad understanding of materials and applicable material specifications
• Ability to understand material characteristics, tolerances, and limitations
• General understanding of manufacturing equipment and systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong initiative and ability to work beyond assignment-specific duties when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to establish effective working relationships at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to work safely in both office and manufacturing environments
• Flexibility to work overtime based on workload
