HiFyve is hiring a Production Manager on the Space Coast of Florida!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules.
  • Identify and implement improvements in production processes.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, quality control, and maintenance to optimize operations.
  • Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Maintain quality control to meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Inspect materials and products to address defects and deviations from quality standards.
  • Manage production schedules, inventory, and resources to meet targets and reduce waste.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and optimize equipment use and maintenance.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, staying updated on industry standards.



Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in chemical or industrial engineering is preferred.
  • 2+ years of paint manufacturing experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of paint formulations and tank cleaning methods.
  • Expertise in paint manufacturing processes (mixing, blending, tinting, packaging).
  • Familiarity with quality control standards in the paint industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
