HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Lead in the Manufacturing industry in West Middlesex, PA!

Pay: $33.23–$34.95/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends

Location: West Middlesex, PA

About the Role

This role supports daily maintenance operations by assigning work, leading maintenance staff, and performing hands-on maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assign and support daily maintenance work orders and priorities
• Train, coach, and develop maintenance staff on safe work practices
• Perform and assist with planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance and repairs
• Support equipment installations and continuous improvement efforts
• Assist with MRO parts purchasing, forecasting, and inventory control
• Partner with operations to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime
• Ensure all maintenance work is properly documented and compliant
• Maintain GMP, food safety, quality, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with operations, management, and other departments
• Provide coverage for other maintenance team members as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/HMI, and HVAC systems
• Prior team leadership or lead-level experience preferred
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate forklifts
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
