HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician based out of Burlington, WA!

Salary: $30 to $42 per hour + $2 / hour Shift Differential

Schedule: 2X2X3 Night Shift Schedule (6pm to 6am rotation)

Location: Burlington, WA (Relocation Assistance Available!!!)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be an effective team player and work well with all other departments.
• Adhere to work orders and utilize CMMS system for data entry.
• Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate working knowledge of PLCs (including basic programming and I/O configuration), low-voltage control systems, pneumatics (including valve functionality), and motor/encoder systems.
• The ability to troubleshoot automated production equipment and explain technical reasoning clearly is essential.
• Strong communication/articulation skills are required, as the technician must collaborate cross-functionally and articulate technical issues effectively.
• Maintain an organized workplace that complies with housekeeping requirements.
• If certified, wire new control panels according to supplied drawing and verbal instructions while adhering to Hydro Codes and other applicable standards and regulations.
• If certified, make trade calculations for load requirements and select appropriate sizes/grades of components in accordance with current electrical code.
• If certified, run new power supply lines to new/relocated equipment according to IEE wiring regulations, Electrical Safety Code, and company policy.

Education Requirements:

• HS Diploma / GED / Equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Extensive PLC Programming Experience
• Knowledge of electrical or hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
• Command of maintenance procedures and techniques.
