Pay: $150,000 - $180,000/year
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Reliability Engineering team in designing and implementing continuous improvement programs to enhance equipment reliability.
- Develop and execute strategic reliability improvement plans to maximize equipment uptime and minimize maintenance costs.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and share reliability best practices across the company.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode investigations (FMEA) to diagnose and resolve reliability issues.
- Work with Maintenance Management to develop and sustain preventative maintenance programs to optimize equipment longevity.
- Oversee reliability-related projects, ensuring proper scope, planning, execution, and long-term sustainability.
- Track and maintain reliability performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making.
- Provide technical expertise to maintenance and operations teams to resolve reliability challenges.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts, collaborating with plant leadership and department stakeholders.
- Develop training programs for maintenance technicians, engineering leaders, and reliability engineers.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in reliability engineering.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed, including after-hours incidents.
Skills & Competencies

Deep understanding of reliability methodologies and statistical tools, including FMEA, DoE, RCM, and PdM.

Strong background in root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations.

Proven project management experience, from scope development to execution and sustainability.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black/Gold Belt (LSSBB/LSSGB)
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering.

10+ years of experience in reliability engineering, industrial maintenance, and project engineering, with expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM).

5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance or engineering management, mentoring reliability engineers and maintenance professionals.

5+ years of experience in industrial controls programming (Allen Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
