Salary: $31.85/hr
Shift: 1st 7:00 am – 3:00 pm OR 3rd 11:00 pm – 7:00 am Overtime may be required

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing and processing equipment
Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, air, hydraulic, refrigeration, and boiler systems
Diagnose equipment malfunctions through inspection, testing, and troubleshooting
Dismantle machinery and replace worn or defective components
Perform arc and heli-arc welding, brazing, and soldering as required
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
Measure, cut, thread, and install air and hydraulic piping
Modify and troubleshoot computer-controlled and automated equipment
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Technical training or equivalent industrial maintenance experience (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial manufacturing environments
Welding experience required (arc and heli-arc)
Extensive electrical experience with 3-phase wiring, electrical controls, and PLC troubleshooting
Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems
Experience working with boilers, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welders, and precision measuring instruments
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in extreme temperatures and physically demanding environments
Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
