HiFyve is hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician in the aerospace industry in Wichita, KS!

Salary: $25.00–$40.00/hr DOE

Shift: Full-Time, 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am (overtime available)

Location: On-site – Wichita, KS

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues on CNC machines

• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and alignment on CNC equipment

• Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and multimeters

• Work from blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer manuals to perform repairs and upgrades

• Collaborate with OEM service personnel during installations and major repairs

• Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and preventative maintenance logs

• Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing equipment performance enhancements

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical training or certifications in mechanical/electrical repair preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5+ years of CNC machine maintenance experience in manufacturing

• Experience with SNK, DNG, Makino, and Mori Seiki equipment strongly preferred

• Strong troubleshooting ability with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

• Skilled in interpreting schematics, blueprints, and using advanced diagnostic equipment

• Safety-focused with reliable attendance and excellent communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required in a manufacturing environment
