HiFyve is hiring a CNC Machinist in the Manufacturing industry in the Greater Waupaca, WI area!

Pay Rate: $21 - $27/hr plus $3/hr shift differential

Location: Greater Waupaca, WI

Shift: 2nd shift (3pm - 1am) M-TH

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and program a diverse range of CNC equipment on the machine control, including 5-Axis, Vertical, and Horizontal Milling machines, Lathes, Waterjets, and Horizontal Saws.
• Interpret technical blueprints and drawings to manufacture high-precision products to exact quality specifications in an efficient manner.
• Configure tooling and work-holding independently to ensure production readiness for varied shop orders.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify part conformance and maintain accurate electronic documentation and record-keeping.
• Perform basic equipment upkeep while ensuring the work area remains clean, safe, and organized.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of CNC setup and programming experience is required; must be able to verify conformance with proper inspection equipment.
• Mazak programming experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced comprehension of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is preferred but not required.

• Physical capability to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including standing/sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-conscious mindset, including adherence to ANSI safety-toe footwear standards and the use of required eye and hearing protection.
