HiFyve is hiring a Quality Manager in the Manufacturing industry in Twin Falls, Idaho!

Salary: up to $90K + 10% bonus

Shift: Days

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Job Summary:

This position oversees product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems for the plant. The Quality Manager leads the QA team, maintains testing and documentation standards, supports production activities, and partners with operations to ensure consistently safe, compliant, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the plant Quality Assurance program and maintain required documentation
• Ensure finished products and raw materials meet specifications and regulatory standards
• Supervise, train, and develop QA and lab staff
• Investigate customer complaints and drive corrective actions
• Manage QA lab budget and support continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain HACCP, GMP, FDA, Kosher/Halal and other certification programs
• Conduct internal and external audits as needed



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of lab testing procedures and QA systems
• Supervisory experience leading technical or QA teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Food, dairy, or nutrition industry experience is a plus
