Salary: $85,000–$90,000

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Location: Cedarburg, WI

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing 2nd shift maintenance operations in a 24/7 production facility. The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of technicians while driving equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance team and support capital project execution
  • Collaborate with plant engineering and facility leadership to improve safety, quality, and equipment reliability
  • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs using CMMS
  • Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical systems across production equipment and utilities
  • Implement corrective actions based on maintenance KPIs to improve overall equipment effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Support employee development, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Participate in union-related discussions if applicable
  • Promote continuous improvement and share best practices within the department

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of plant maintenance technician experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in food manufacturing equipment (fillers, blow mold machines, compressors, conveyors)
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience with 480V 3-phase motor control systems
  • PLC experience (Allen-Bradley preferred); programming a plus
  • Ammonia refrigeration knowledge preferred
  • Fabrication, welding, and machining experience a plus
  • CMMS experience required (MVP JDE a plus)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong safety leadership and ability to work within sanitation and quality standards
  • Ability to adapt to change and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
