Salary: $100,000 – $115,000/year + 10% bonus

About the Role

This is a cross-functional finance role focused on analyzing sales performance, pricing, and profitability within a manufacturing environment. This position partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Planning teams to support revenue growth and margin improvement. This is not a traditional accounting role and does not include month-end close or journal entries.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile sales-related financial activity and margin performance
• Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, discounts, and incentive programs
• Review sales contracts and validate pricing accuracy
• Prepare sales performance reports and analyze profitability by product, customer, and region
• Support revenue forecasting in partnership with Sales and Production Planning
• Perform cost analysis on raw materials, packaging, and logistics
• Partner with operations and inventory teams to ensure finished goods accuracy
• Identify variances and provide insights to improve margins and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience in manufacturing (food/beverage preferred)
• Experience with pricing strategies, sales incentives, and promotional accounting
• Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and margin data
• Experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
