Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee field repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment
• Supervise and support a team of field technicians
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Manage parts, tools, and scheduling for service jobs
• Review and approve employee timecards
• Maintain service records and communicate updates to management

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant experience
