Salary: Up to $125,000 + Bonus

Location: Longview, TX

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations including equipment rental, sales, service, and parts.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure equipment availability for customers.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team including sales reps, mechanics, and admin staff.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance to meet sales and operational targets.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Set pricing and sales goals to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
• OR equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
