HiFyve has a client near Rome, GA that is hiring for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor.

Salary: $75K-$78K

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday: 3:45pm-2:30am (plus occasional Friday requirements)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate production activities to maximize labor and equipment utilization while meeting or exceeding production and quality standards.

Monitor, track, and drive improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across assigned shifts.

Supervise, direct, and support production personnel, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance and quality teams to ensure optimal production output and product specifications are met.

Review production schedules, assign work, and adjust procedures as needed to meet production goals.

Train, evaluate, recognize, and discipline team members in partnership with Human Resources.

Inspect products and oversee machine setup and adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

Maintain accurate production, attendance, and timekeeping records while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma required.

Associate’s degree or technical degree preferred.

Minimum of two (2) years of related supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to analyze production data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and environmental compliance.

Experience with production scheduling and workforce planning.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
