Salary: $36,000–$130,000/year

Shift: 1st shift

Location: On-site in Mount Vernon, WA

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory to drive equipment sales, rentals, and leasing opportunities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions

• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements

• Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and provide technical support

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities and expenses

• Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in equipment sales

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in construction or heavy equipment sales preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/software systems

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment applications

• Ability to travel within territory, including occasional overnight stays

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
