HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the packaging manufacturing industry in Arlington, TX!

Salary: $33–$39/hr

Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts, overtime as needed)

Location: On-site (Arlington, TX)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production and packaging equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, and drive systems

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs

• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and work instructions

• Conduct preventative maintenance and document work in CMMS

• Communicate equipment issues and updates with production and leadership teams

• Maintain spare parts inventory and assist with ordering as needed

• Follow OSHA safety standards including LOTO and Arc Flash procedures

• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with sanitation standards

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with PLC systems and AC/DC drives

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and CMMS systems

• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and manufacturing protocols

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm, humid environments

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
