Position Overview: The Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems and equipment, including automated machines, controls, and communication systems. This role demands a strong understanding of VFDs, PLCs, and high-voltage systems up to 13,200 volts. The position also involves mentoring the Senior Maintenance Specialist, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaborating with area supervisors to ensure safety and production efficiency.


Salary: $35/Hr-$38/Hr


Shift:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Tuesday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Monday through Friday 2nd shift


AND

Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM- 5:30 PM (Paid for 40 Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair electrical equipment, controls, and communication systems
  • Perform complex wiring and high-voltage work up to 13,200 volts safely
  • Troubleshoot and modify PLC programs to optimize machine performance
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Mentor and train team members, sharing best practices


Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tooling
  • Strong understanding of the National Electric Code
  • Ability to read technical documents, troubleshoot, and think critically
  • OSHA 10 preferred; must maintain arc flash and LOTO training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based maintenance systems
