Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

About the Role

This role supports logistics and traffic operations by coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient movement of goods both domestically and internationally.

Job Responsibilities

• Route and process shipments for distribution operations

• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouse locations

• Provide freight quotes and identify cost-effective shipping methods

• Manage customer service requests and traffic-related tickets

• Investigate freight issues including damages, shortages, and overcharges

• Support returns, shipping complaints, and carrier claims

• Assist with scheduling shipments and communicating delays or issues

• Prepare and verify export documentation for international shipments

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements

• Assist with routine inventory counts and warehouse support as needed

• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1+ year of logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience

• Experience with shipment scheduling and shipping documentation

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Experience with international shipping or customs preferred

• Hazardous materials or distribution experience a plus

• Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus
