Pay: $68,000–$88,000/year

Shift: 1st M-F 6 AM-2:30 PM

Location: Crooksville, OH

About the Role

This role supports plant operations through electrical troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance of industrial equipment in a ceramics manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical equipment (presses, mixers, PLCs, etc.)
• Interpret wiring diagrams, machine schematics, and technical documentation
• Support programming and troubleshooting of Allen-Bradley 500 series PLC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Prepare maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing data and trends
• Document machine issues, repairs, and ongoing maintenance needs
• Maintain strong communication across teams regarding equipment performance
• Follow all safety standards, including NFPA 70 code requirements

Qualifications

• Associate degree or maintenance certification (recommended)
• 3+ years of experience with electrical systems (preferred)
• Experience with machine assembly, installation, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of PLCs and industrial automation systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Knowledge of NFPA 70 and industrial safety practices
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call or overtime demands
