HiFyve is hiring an Aseptic Maintenance Specialist in the Food & Beverage industry in St. Paul, MN!

Salary: $30+/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4pm 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems on aseptic processing and packaging equipment.
• Perform repairs, updates, and installation of equipment.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime while maintaining product quality.
• Monitor efficiencies of aseptic area packing and processing equipment.
• Ensure proper preventive maintenance programs are in place and followed.
• Initiate corrective actions and implement solutions for productivity issues.
• Assist maintenance mechanics with preventive and breakdown maintenance of filling lines and processing equipment.
• Provide individualized training to maintenance and operations staff.
• Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tetra Pak filling and packaging experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, HACCP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
• Basic computer skills with ability to input and retrieve data.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform complex maintenance and repairs independently.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to change.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to diagnose and implement solutions to technical problems.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
