Salary: $100 - $120K+/year

Job Summary:

Join a growing nutrition-ingredients manufacturer that’s committed to safety, innovation, and operational excellence. We’re seeking a hands-on EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our Norfolk, Nebraska facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plant EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain wastewater discharge permits, renewals, and related documentation
• Lead and maintain PSM (Process Safety Management) programs in partnership with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
• Drive proactive safety initiatives including LOTO, combustible dust, and PRCS procedures
• Develop and deliver training, audits, and inspections to foster a strong safety culture
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and lead responses to inspections or incidents



Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is highly preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 5–7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Wastewater treatment plant experience required
• Proven background in PSM compliance and program leadership
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DNR regulations
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• ASP, CSP, or CIH certification preferred; supervisory experience a plus
