HiFyve is hiring a Tool and Die Technician in the Metal Stamping industry in Springfield, OH!

Salary: Up to $36/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Springfield, OH

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating toolroom machinery (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of metal stamping dies (blanking, forming, drawing)
• Understanding of die timing, pad travels, stripper and binder pad pressures and timing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform shop math
• Experience with die sensors, safety devices, and in-press troubleshooting
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
• Must supply own measurement and hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift and overhead crane operation experience preferred
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across shifts and departments
