HiFyve is hiring a Corporate Process Safety Engineer in the Chemical Manufacturing industry in West Chester Township, Ohio!

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 + bonus up to 15%

Location: West Chester Township, Ohio

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field (required)
• Advanced coursework in process safety, engineering, chemistry, or business (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 7–10+ years of Process Safety experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management standards, 10 Core Principles, and Process Safety elements
• Experience facilitating PHAs and managing risk using tolerable vs. intolerable risk matrices and ALARP principles
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or Responsible Care® Management Systems (preferred)
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with plant leadership, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft technically sound corporate programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Must be able to meet Safety-Sensitive position requirements, including routine testing and medical monitoring
