HiFyve is hiring a Project Engineer in the Commercial Construction industry in Columbus, OH!

Salary: $32/hr and up depending on experience

Shift: Full-Time, On-site

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with planning, timelines, billing, change orders, and collections to ensure successful project completion
• Review job cost, manpower, and change order reports and support monthly project financial analysis
• Communicate and coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Support manpower and equipment planning for active job sites
• Attend and participate in weekly job site visits and project meetings
• Assist with project setup, contract review, and ensuring accurate cost estimates and schedules of values
• Track submittals, generate purchase orders, and assist with subcontract and vendor negotiations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of plumbing and piping installation practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Valid Driver’s License required
• OSHA 10 Construction certification required

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
