HiFyve is hiring a General Manager in the Dairy Manufacturing industry in New Jersey!


Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 + 25% bonus

Location: New Jersey

Relocation: Full relocation package offered


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic business planning, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and daily operations of the facility.
  • Lead organizational change to support growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop and manage the annual operating plan to meet or exceed KPIs and profit objectives.
  • Establish pricing strategies and analyze cost drivers to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and distribution teams to successfully launch and improve products.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage business risk and oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements.
  • Set clear business objectives aligned with company goals and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for senior managers and key personnel.
  • Build a positive work culture that motivates, engages, and retains high-performing employees.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Dairy Industry Experience (REQUIRED): Candidates must have prior experience in the dairy industry with knowledge of aseptic processing. This is non-negotiable.
  • Change Management: Experience leading change to improve structure, efficiency, and performance.
  • P&L Responsibility: Experience managing profit and loss for a facility of similar size or larger. Ability to identify and drive operational efficiencies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in manufacturing (food/beverage industry preferred) with P&L responsibility.
  • 4+ years of experience leading senior managers and overseeing multiple departments.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational goals, and stakeholder needs.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
  • Proven track record of driving results in quality, safety, service, and cost reduction.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, drive continuous improvement, and manage organizational change.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make strategic, data-driven business decisions.
