HiFyve is hiring a Night Production Supervisor in the food and beverage industry in Sheboygan County, WI!

Salary: $65K - $75K+per year

Shift: 5pm - 5am; 3 days one week and 4 days the following week

Location: Sheboygan County, WI


Job Summary:

Join a leading manufacturer in the dairy and nutrition products industry as a Night Shift Production Supervisor. In this critical role, you will oversee night shift operations, ensuring production runs efficiently, teams are well-supported, and quality standards are consistently met. If you have a background in food, dairy, or regulated manufacturing—or a strong interest in learning this fast-paced industry—this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee night shift production across all lines, ensuring volume, quality, and scheduling targets are met.
  • Monitor key product attributes, including flavor, moisture, density, and texture, to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support and coach production team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality expectations.
  • Communicate daily performance metrics and KPIs to the team, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance to coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance for production equipment.
  • Complete and maintain accurate production and inventory reports.
  • Partner with Plant and Production Managers to identify efficiency improvements and optimize production planning.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance work environment focused on teamwork and operational excellence.


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Equivalent supervisory experience in manufacturing will be considered.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food, dairy, or regulated industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor front-line production employees.
  • Familiarity with quality and compliance standards in production environments.
  • Proficiency with production reporting systems and basic computer applications.
