HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in Grandview, MO!

Salary: $28 - $36 per hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd shift - both available

Location: Grandview, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including high-voltage applications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, operations manuals, and technical specifications.
• Install, modify, and maintain machinery and related auxiliary equipment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot machine performance issues with production staff.
• Conduct performance testing on equipment as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is operated in accordance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Complete work orders, maintain maintenance logs, and assist with general housekeeping duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high-voltage applications.
• Proficiency in welding techniques, particularly stick welding.
• Ability to analyze problems effectively and implement prompt solutions.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation for troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mechanical knowledge (3+ years preferred).
