HiFyve is hiring a Logistics Supervisor in the Manufacturing industry in Riverside, MO!

Salary: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; occasional overtime on rotating Fridays

Location: Riverside, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse, shipping/receiving, paint shop, blast house, and janitorial operations (10 direct reports)
• Assign tasks, manage workflow, and ensure team productivity
• Oversee material handling, inventory accuracy, and timely movement of goods
• Coordinate with production and purchasing for material needs
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce PPE/safety protocols
• Track and manage painted/blasted parts schedules
• Monitor costs and suggest improvements to logistics processes

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Additional training or certifications in logistics or warehouse management preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ years in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Ability to read blueprints and use Microsoft Office
• Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with PPE
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
