Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + 5% bonus target

Shift: Night Shift | Monday–Friday | 9:00 PM–6:00 AM

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing night shift maintenance operations. The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of technicians while remaining actively involved in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily maintenance work orders and priorities
• Lead, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
• Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Support preventative maintenance programs and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Respond to planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance issues on production and utility equipment
• Assist with installation and startup of new equipment
• Communicate equipment issues, downtime risks, and repair status to operations and leadership
• Ensure all maintenance work and repairs are properly documented
• Promote continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Trade or technical school training preferred (electrical, mechanical, PLC, welding, refrigeration, etc.)
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with prior leadership or lead experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated production equipment
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred
• Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and work hands-on as needed
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
