Shift: 1st Shift — Tuesday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable Sanitation Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant food and beverage production facility. This role is responsible for cleaning equipment, production areas, and sanitation zones according to established procedures and schedules.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation tasks according to the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Clean and sanitize drains, hand sinks, overheads, ledges, equipment parts, trash receptacles, and other assigned areas.
• Complete sanitation logs, work orders, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure chemical containers are properly labeled and stored.
• Inspect PPE before use; report or replace damaged items.
• Support special cleaning projects as needed.
• Follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and plant safety standards.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sanitation or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Certifications or licenses may be required depending on job assignments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic understanding of plant operations and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment components.
• Strong teamwork and communication; able to follow instructions.
• Ability to complete written documentation clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
