Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year

Shift: 2nd Shift

Location: Portsmouth, VA, 23702

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise entry-level production team members.
• Ensure daily productivity and quality goals are met on the assigned shift.
• Maintain inventory control and oversee the production flow to meet organizational standards.
• Enforce company safety policies, including compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
• Cultivate and promote a safety-oriented culture within the facility.
• Address production challenges and implement solutions to optimize processes.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
• Proven ability to set and prioritize goals effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to begin within two weeks of offer acceptance.
