Heavy Equipment Technician

HiFyve has partnered with a family-owned Kubota and Hitachi Elite dealership serving South Carolina’s Lowcountry to find a Heavy Equipment Technician for their team in Adams Run, SC.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00/hr

Shift: Full Time, Monday – Friday

Location: Adams Run, South Carolina (On-site)

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and repair Kubota, Hitachi, and related equipment including tractors, excavators, UTVs, and mowers
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs in-shop
• Complete warranty and non-warranty repair orders accurately and on time
• Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical or vocational training in diesel or heavy equipment preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience servicing tractors, excavators, or other agricultural or construction equipment
• Kubota or Hitachi experience a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Must provide own hand tools
