HiFyve is hiring CDL-A Delivery Truck Drivers in the Food & Beverage industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota!

• Salary: $34.25/hour
• Relief Drivers: Earn an additional $1.45/hour premium
• Shift: Day Shift Start time (4-5 AM) 4 – 10-hour shifts May include Saturdays depending on schedule

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on assigned daily delivery routes.
• Manually unload and deliver products to customer locations.
• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries while meeting route schedules.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional and friendly service.
• Become familiar with customer operations to meet delivery needs and expectations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
• Represent the company brand professionally at all customer locations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• One year of related driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and criminal screenings.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
