HiFyve is hiring a Production Supervisor!



Salary: $65K - $75K (depending on experience)

Shift: 2nd (1:30 PM -10:30 PM)

Location: Milwaukee, WI


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and safety targets are met
  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members to drive performance and accountability
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across the production floor
  • Train and direct employees on equipment use, control points, and operational processes
  • Monitor production performance and maintain accurate reporting and production records
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and downtime
  • Adjust staffing assignments and schedules to meet production demands and deadlines
  • Support corrective actions and problem-solving activities on the floor
  • Collaborate with HR to address employee relations and performance issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Respond to and manage emergency situations (equipment failure, weather events, evacuations, etc.)
  • Serve as a visible leader and positive representative of the company to employees and visitors


Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Additional technical or leadership training preferred


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment (required)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English required)
  • Ability to read and interpret production data and reports
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable making independent decisions and solving operational issues
  • Experience driving productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to lead small group meetings and team discussions effectively
  • Physically able to stand, walk, sit, and lift as needed throughout the shift
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong problem-solving mindset
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, especially in high-volume production environments
