ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A long-established St. Louis area plastics materials company runs a fast-growing business unit that extrudes 3D printing filament for additive manufacturing. The business sells directly to consumers, to businesses and through retail. They need a builder with the drive to take ownership of sales and product management and scale this business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own sales growth across direct-to-consumer, B2B and retail channels
• Manage the product line and its direction as the business scales
• Build and grow customer relationships in a specialty niche market
• Partner with marketing, including an outside online marketing expert, to grow demand
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the business unit

WHAT YOU NEED

• Drive and ambition to build a business in a fast-growing specialty market
• A track record of growing sales and owning results
• Plastics experience is NOT required
• Product management or product line ownership experience is a plus
• Interest in 3D printing or additive manufacturing is a plus
