HiFyve has a client in Alma, Georgia that is hiring for an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist. This role focuses on driving operational excellence in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is upbeat, outgoing, a team player, and a natural leader, serving as the right hand of the Plant Manager.

Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist

Reports To: Plant Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule

• Hours: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and issues.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct training on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Monitor the progress of improvement initiatives.
• Support the Plant Manager in strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a continuous improvement role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Upbeat, outgoing personality with leadership abilities.
