HiFyve is hiring a Production Manager in the manufacturing industry!

Shift: Day Shift M-F

Pay: Up to $115,000 (based on experience)

Location: Riverside, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead production supervisors and operators to meet plant goals for safety, quality, training, productivity, and cost control
  • Oversee operations across 4 production lines and associated maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, GMPs, sanitation standards, and FDA requirements
  • Maintain high production quality to meet internal and external customer expectations
  • Develop and execute production plans to meet established schedules and output targets
  • Monitor production performance, compliance, and operational KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and drive full implementation of process improvements
  • Support recruiting efforts by working with supervisors to define roles, hiring needs, and compensation recommendations
  • Train, develop, and mentor team members to build leadership capability within production staff
  • Participate as a key member of the plant management team to improve operations and organizational performance
  • Oversee production budgeting and support financial planning and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety programs including HACCP, SQF, GMPs, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5+ years of manufacturing experience required
  • Experience in beverage, food, or liquid consumer products manufacturing preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of GMPs, sanitation standards, and FDA requirements
  • Experience with production equipment such as fillers, labelers, palletizers, depalletizers, conveyors, and packaging systems
  • Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and production teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple shifts and changing priorities
  • Solid business acumen with ability to understand and manage production budgets
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to develop employees and build leadership capability within teams
  • Knowledge of food safety systems including HACCP, SQF, GMPs, sanitation, and security standards
  • Ability to perform physical and operational oversight across production areas as needed
