Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr + $0.50 shift difference
Location: Jefferson County, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift (1pm - 9pm)
Key Responsibilities:

Mold Removal: Perform all necessary tasks to knockout metal castings from ceramic molds efficiently.

Production Support: Assist the pouring team during operations to ensure a smooth casting process.

Material Handling: Operate a forklift to safely stack and transport finished castings to the Cleaning Department.

Cross-Functional Assistance: Support the KOH (Potassium Hydroxide) and Waterblast stations as needed to maintain production flow.

Area Maintenance: Keep the work station clean, organized, and orderly to ensure a safe working environment.

Supervised Execution: Work effectively under general supervision to meet daily output goals.
Education Requirements:

Basic Skills: Requires the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations (addition and subtraction).

Technical Literacy: Ability to use direct reading instruments and fixed gauges for quality checks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Equipment Operation: Qualified or able to become qualified to drive a forklift for industrial material handling.

Measurement Skills: Competency in using basic gauges to ensure castings meet initial standards.

Versatility: Willingness to assist in various departments like Waterblast or Cleaning based on production needs.
