HiFyve is hiring a 3rd Shift Material Mixer for a manufacturing facility!

Shift Options:

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $20.80/hour

Location: Luxemburg, WI

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide material handling, grinding, and mixing support to the production floor.

Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to support production operations.

Move raw materials and finished materials throughout the facility.

Perform color changes, clean filters, magnets, and assigned machines according to standard procedures.

Use measuring and testing equipment to verify material quality and interpret results.

Read and interpret work orders and written production instructions.

Maintain accurate records of daily production and material handling activities.

Support production operations by ensuring materials are available when needed.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

3–6 months of material handling, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Forklift experience is a plus; ability to be trained and certified is required.

Experience using measuring and testing equipment preferred.

Ability to read and interpret work orders and written instructions.

Good communication and recordkeeping skills.

Ability to work overtime as needed based on production requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to accurately maintain production records.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks and support production efficiency.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.

Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.

Ability to safely operate a forklift and other production equipment.

Ability to work around manufacturing machinery, noise, and continuous production activity.

Ability to safely handle raw materials and production supplies.

Ability to work overtime as needed based on production requirements.
